CityBldr is a marketplace that uses machine learning and AI to identify the best use for every parcel of land, solving the problem that traditional property valuations miss a site’s highest-and-best use. To power its algorithm and marketplace, CityBldr partnered with ATTOM and relies on ATTOM Data (the company’s daily-updated, standardized property dataset) as its largest data source.

By integrating ATTOM Data into its ML pipeline, CityBldr’s models are continuously recalibrated as new data arrives, improving its arbitrage index and site recommendations. The ATTOM-powered solution helped CityBldr launch a premium developer product (300 signed developers), attract 3,500 property-site signups in King County, and drive nearly 15,000 proactive off-market offers, with examples of owners discovering as much as $1M in additional value from redevelopment—outcomes CityBldr attributes to ATTOM’s data quality and responsiveness.
