Powering Real-Time Loan Risk Models with a Property Data API

Foresight Information Services, which provides risk mitigation, transaction verification and court/income/social-security data for banks, mortgage resellers and loan processors, needed reliable property-level data to power real-time loan risk models and satisfy compliance checklists (foreclosure history, sales history, comparable values, bankruptcies and court records). To meet that need they turned to ATTOM, using the ATTOM real estate data API/ATTOM Data Solutions as the foundation for their risk and verification platform.

ATTOM implemented a tailored API integration, proactively communicated enhancements, and adapted its stack to fit Foresight’s workflows. When a usage spike briefly shut down access, ATTOM’s account and executive teams restored service and fine-tuned performance quickly, enabling Foresight to “flip the switch” and move a large chunk of business from its prior provider. As a result, Foresight now supports customers processing from dozens up to tens of thousands of transactions per month with improved reliability, faster incident resolution and increased business throughput thanks to ATTOM.
