ATTOM’s analysis showed Offerpad resales in Phoenix had a median gain of $26,400 within 12 months, and Offerpad reports about $130 million in monthly transaction volume (a >$1.5 billion annual run rate), illustrating how ATTOM data helped improve pricing, speed-to-market, and measurable financial performance.
