ATTOM’s DaaS supplies a cloud-based private data warehouse with daily updates and core datasets (property characteristics, parcel numbers) that CRE Collaborative layers into its platform as a universal hub. Using ATTOM data enabled real-time underwriting and feasibility modeling, clearer development recommendations (for example, office versus multifamily), reduced clients’ data-management burden, and scaled to serve an industry of 4.9 million professionals—4.5 million of whom lack in-house IT—while earning strong positive client feedback.
