Ubiquitous, a London-based agency that offers advertising on taxis, needed to defend a major client relationship after a research report questioned the effectiveness of taxi advertising. With only a small taxi sample in the original study, the client was at risk of pulling future campaigns, so Ubiquitous turned to Attest for post-campaign creative testing and proof of impact.
Working with an agency partner, Ubiquitous used the Attest platform to run aligned survey questions with a larger, more robust audience of recent central London visitors. The results showed that taxi ads significantly improved brand favorability and consideration, and people who recalled seeing the ads were 15% more likely to apply for the product.
