StudentUniverse, a leading travel booking site for students and young adults, wanted deeper insight into its target market and the wider travel industry so it could refine marketing messaging and strengthen its position as an authoritative voice in student and youth travel. Using Attest, StudentUniverse surveyed 1,000 students aged 18–25 in each of its operating markets — the US, Canada, the UK and Australia — to understand travel motivations, destination preferences and barriers. The research informed its annual report, *The State of Student Travel 2023*, which became an internal education tool, a B2B marketing asset and a PR driver, helping generate over $2m in earned media coverage/ad equivalency.
