How Norac Foods de-risked a packaging redesign project

Norac Foods, a food manufacturer behind the Whaoo! range of filled crepes, wanted to refresh its packaging to boost shelf visibility, appeal more to parents and kids, and support quicker purchase decisions. To reduce the risk of launching the redesign, the company turned to Attest for creative testing.

Using Attest, Norac Foods surveyed parents who had bought filled crepes in the past 12 months and would consider buying Whaoo!, testing reactions to the new pack design, first impressions, and responses to statements about the packaging. The results showed strong potential: 82.0% of non-customers said they were likely to start buying Whaoo!, and 58.7% of existing customers said they would buy it more often, giving Norac Foods confidence to launch the new packaging in Q2 2024.
