How C Space developed a super-speedy research methodology that revolutionised one supermarket's response to the pandemic

C Space, a customer agency, was asked by a major supermarket to rapidly understand how COVID‑19 was changing British consumer behaviour so the retailer could keep feeding the nation. To meet the urgent request, C Space partnered with Attest, using Attest’s research platform alongside C Space’s own online communities to gather fast quantitative data and rich qualitative stories.

The joint solution delivered daily reporting from the first lockdown in March through June (then weekly), feeding insights directly to the client’s board and enabling decisions implemented within hours — research run in the morning was often delivered by 4pm and actioned the same day.
