Osteomedika, an SME in Lithuania providing kinesiotherapy services, wanted to improve the performance of its website header and validate which design would drive the strongest response. Working with Attention Insight’s predictive eyetracking heatmap and area-of-interest analysis, the team tested different combinations of CTA color, background image, and overlay opacity to identify the most promising designs before running live experiments.

Attention Insight helped Osteomedika compare predicted attention data against a Google Optimize A/B test, and the results showed that the winning design was not the one with the most visible CTA alone. The best-performing version had the CTA at just 4% visibility, but stronger overall message visibility across the CTA and headings, and Attention Insight’s heatmaps aligned well with the final result, helping guide a more effective design choice.
