London Business School Practice makes perfect for students

London Business School sought to enhance its student career services by providing a more flexible and engaging way for time-poor students to practice their interview skills. The solution provided an interactive, self-led platform where students could receive immediate feedback on their performance, seeing clearly what they did right and where to improve. Students reported high engagement with the flexible, bitesize learning tool, and the school was so pleased with the results that a second simulation focused on personal development skills is already in development.
