K Line delivers annual safety target in one quarter with Attensi

K Line, a shipping operator, faced the challenge of instilling a culture of openness around safety risks amongst its seafaring staff. Their goal was to improve the reporting of near misses as a key metric to help eliminate major accidents. The company partnered with vendor Attensi and safety experts Propel Sayfr to address this challenge.

Attensi, in partnership with Propel Sayfr, created a unique gamified simulation training solution called SAYFR. This interactive 3D simulation immersed users in a realistic recreation of their workplace to practice handling scenarios that could lead to incidents. Following the launch of this training, K Line exceeded its annual target for reported near misses within a single quarter, dramatically increasing vital reporting from crew members.
