They partnered with Attensi to implement its gamified training solution.

Attensi provided a mobile-first, game-based training platform that was intuitive and competitive, leading to high engagement and completion rates. The solution closed 91% of the knowledge gap and achieved a score of 94 during mystery guest visits. Notably, 98% of staff liked the Attensi way of training, 96% would recommend it to a colleague, and 52% of playthroughs were completed voluntarily in staff's free time.
