The customer, Microsoft Teams, faced a challenge following a massive surge in the adoption of their platform for remote work: businesses had heavily invested in the technology but lacked effective methods to train their distributed workforce on how to use it effectively. Attensi was engaged to address this critical training gap.

Attensi developed a gamified Microsoft Teams Training app, which used custom simulations with 3D avatars and gamified mechanics to guide users. The solution was highly successful, with a survey showing 97.5% of users liked the relevant training and 95% reported becoming better at using best practices in virtual meetings. Attensi's program was rolled out to approximately 2,000 users, with several clients building custom modules on top of it due to the significant cost-saving benefits observed.
