Attensi created the 'Customer Star' simulation, which consisted of several interactive modules designed to mirror real-life store scenarios. The solution included a competitive 'Beat the Boss' feature to boost engagement. The results were significant, with Attensi's training achieving a 96% knowledge gap closure and 97% of team members reporting they enjoyed this method of training. The platform saw 14,000+ employees engaged with 821 days worth of total play time, demonstrating its massive reach and effectiveness.
