Brightspeed, a major US internet service provider, required a fast and effective training solution to quickly onboard its sales agents and support its mission of expanding broadband access. They partnered with Attensi to co-create a gamified simulation training program to meet this urgent need.

Attensi implemented two solutions, BRIGHTSPEED DISCOVER and BRIGHTSPEED ENGAGE, which consisted of 19 engaging training modules. The result was that over 1,100 agents were upskilled, with 90% reporting the training was highly engaging. Leaders immediately observed improved product expertise and system proficiency on customer calls post-training.
