Anytime Fitness, a global fitness franchisor with about 3,000 clubs in 20 countries, uses an annual conference — “the Super Bowl of our brand” — to educate and reconnect franchisees. The team needed to replace a highly branded printed program with a dynamic digital platform that would both reinforce the brand experience and enable real-time communication and attendee engagement across sessions and locations.
They chose Attendify to power the Nashville conference, using a branded app with an activity/news feed, private messaging and profile search, interactive maps, a dynamic schedule with push notifications, sponsor placements, and analytics. The app drove strong adoption (about 2,007 downloads and 65,532 sessions reported), increased one-to-one and group connections, boosted charity signups, delivered actionable session analytics, and generated positive feedback — with attendees continuing to post for months after the event and plans to use the app again.
