The team needed an event platform that would integrate Esri’s mapping technology, provide a highly robust agenda planner for large attendance, and be easy for their events team to manage. Esri partnered with Attendease (and Eventbase) to rethink and rebuild their event tech stack.

Attendease served as the primary engine, leading development of a web‑based agenda planner and integrated app that incorporated Esri’s mapping capabilities. The new Attendease‑powered solution launched two months before a 3,000‑attendee summit, eliminated duplicate data entry, and reduced time for agendas and scheduling by approximately 5–10%, delivering a “night‑and‑day” improvement in event management and enabling Esri’s team to run conferences the way they wanted.
