Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), a leading provider of managed IT and cybersecurity services for financial services, healthcare, and payments, needed a breach and attack simulation (BAS) platform that fully supported the MITRE ATT&CK framework. The MSSP required a customizable, extensible solution to expand its penetration testing and continuously validate both its own production systems and those of its financial-services customers. AttackIQ’s BAS platform was selected to meet these requirements.

AttackIQ’s BAS technology codified and automated the MSSP’s red team workflows, using software agents and virtual machines to emulate the full attack chain and run a large, MITRE ATT&CK–aligned scenario library that the MSSP could customize.
