A Attack Marketing Case Study
The customer Lyft faced the challenge of managing event staffing requests across over 100 local markets. They needed to transition from an internal 1099 model to a third-party W2 staffing model while still allowing each local market full authority to independently staff their corporate events. The vendor Attack Marketing provided a contingent workforce and staffing solution to address this.
Attack Marketing built and implemented a full autonomy cloud-based middleware tool to handle the process. This solution automated event staffing requests, connected local markets to resources, tracked hours, and managed all payroll, successfully transitioning all staff to W2 status. The results were significant, with over 2,000 brand ambassadors and 25,000 annual hours flowing through the system. This new system created initial efficiencies worth $300,000 in its first year.
