The Musketeers Brewery boosts beer output to 8,000 hectolitres a year with ATS

The Musketeers Brewery, founded by four passionate Belgian engineers, needed a partner to help them build a new production and bottling plant to produce their own beers, including the famous Troubadour. They required a customized solution that would fit within a limited space while meeting their high standards for productivity, quality, and sustainability. They partnered with ATS Packaging & Food Technology (CFT Group) for this project.

ATS implemented a fully automated 40-hectolitre Rolec brewery, a CFT 151 Depal depalletizer, and a Master RS Glass filler with a speed of 6,000 bph. This solution enabled The Musketeers to complete their entire production process on-site. As a result, the brewery is now capable of producing 8,000 hectolitres of beer annually, which is equivalent to 3 million bottles. ATS successfully helped the customer establish a modern, high-quality operation that aligns with their core principles of innovation and environmental sustainability.
