Precitec Group, a specialist in laser material processing and optical measuring technology, needed to modernize its outdated working time management as part of a digitalization project. The company wanted optimized workforce processes for its 370 employees at the Neu-Isenburg and Gaggenau sites, and chose Atoss and its ATOSS Time Control solution.

Atoss implemented ATOSS Time Control to digitally record working time, automatically calculate allowances, and connect payroll data to DATEV. The system also enabled self-service requests for vacation and absences, integrated time terminals and existing hardware, and added employee-specific document storage. Precitec reported sharply reduced administrative work, greater transparency, and easier access to working time evaluations, with the solution already being considered for additional sites.
