The customer, NTB North Sea Terminal Bremerhaven (NTB), faced a significant challenge in managing the highly complex personnel logistics for its 18 container gantry cranes. As a major port handling over 3 million TEU per year, NTB needed to avoid costly downtimes caused by employee absences or expired qualifications. To schedule its roughly 630 production workers across three shifts, NTB turned to the vendor Atoss and implemented the ATOSS Logistics Solution.
