A Atoss Case Study
Meyer Logistics, a temperature-controlled food logistics specialist with around 2,000 employees and more than 1,200 vehicles, needed to manage complex scheduling and compliance requirements across Europe. The company had to keep food deliveries on time while also meeting strict hygiene rules and tracking truck drivers’ driving and rest times, minimum-wage recordkeeping, and daily operational data. Meyer Logistics used Atoss Workforce Management to help address these challenges.
Atoss implemented workforce scheduling and time-tracking processes that evaluate drivers’ cards, import tachograph data, record breaks and departure checks, and integrate working-time data into business intelligence tools for analysis. The solution improved resource planning by assigning staff, vehicles, shifts, and equipment more efficiently through defined workflows. A pilot was underway to plan and steer a total of 1,600 workers with Atoss Workforce Management, supporting more controlled and transparent operations.
