HUK-COBURG - Customer Case Study

HUK-COBURG, one of Germany’s top insurance companies, needed to manage large-scale workforce and access control processes across 38 locations while maintaining strong security and efficient staffing for more than 10,000 employees. With ATOSS Enterprise and Employee & Manager Self Service, the company aimed to streamline time management, support flexible working models, and improve daily operations in customer service and HR.

ATOSS implemented automated duty planning for around 1,600 employees in nine customer service centers, introduced tailored workflows and task management, and connected the solution to SAP ERP HCM with a payroll interface. The result was greater efficiency, improved compliance with scheduling rules, and more employee-friendly working time concepts, while HUK-COBURG continued expanding digital HR processes with ATOSS support.
