Munich-based innovation software provider innosabi needed an agile, cloud-first communications solution to support distributed teams, customer work sites and a new culture of flexible “workations.” To remove desk phones, break down information silos and improve collaboration with global clients, innosabi engaged Atos to deploy Circuit with OpenScape Cloud telephony and the Advanced Telephony Connector as their unified collaboration and telephony platform.

Atos implemented 53 Circuit seats with OpenScape Cloud telephony, integrated the cloud telephone system via the Advanced Telephony Connector (replacing the prior on‑site SIP trunk/open‑source PBX), and deployed two Circuit Meeting Rooms for video-enabled huddles and town halls. The Atos solution eliminated desk phones, consolidated communications into a single platform, enabled mobile and remote productivity, and supported innosabi’s hiring and customer‑facing collaboration needs.
