Atos was engaged to deliver a digital workplace solution (leveraging ServiceNow ITSM among other services) to simplify and scale end-user support.
Atos consolidated the provider landscape to a single partner, established unified web-based support and automation, managed over 2,000 servers, migrated users to Microsoft Office 365, upgraded 30,000 workstations to Windows 10, and deployed tech bars, smart lockers and secure device provisioning. The Atos solution reduced support and maintenance costs for 90,000 devices, generated an initial $6 million savings and delivered about 30% year-over-year cost savings while improving resolution times and employee experience.
