Global European Bank tasked its Digital Factory with delivering market‑leading mobile and online banking through a new Digital Banking Competence Centre, but needed an expert partner to scale teams and embed agile digital delivery. Atos was selected to supply transformation expertise and build high‑quality mobile (native iOS/Android) and web (single‑page application) services, plus testing, monitoring and a flexible delivery model to meet rising customer demand.

Atos implemented 11 agile squads—about 70 consultants across Germany, Poland, the UK, Switzerland, India and on‑site at the Bank—plus an application‑ownership team to operate and secure services. As a result, Atos helped the Bank shorten release cycles to one month, accelerate features such as Apple Pay, field scalable, resilient apps through rigorous testing, and achieve its goal of doubling headcount in the Digital Banking Competence Centre (from ~400 to ~800).
