Atos introduced a modern cloud-based approach using the OutSystems low-code platform and deployed the Don Pricing Platform to capture and manage pricing deals while addressing SAP integration and stakeholder requirements.

Atos implemented the Don Pricing Platform as a mobile-friendly, workflow-driven solution for Price Discount Requests (PDR) and Temporary Price Reductions (TPR), automatically routing approvals and loading final deals into SAP. The solution eliminated manual processing, enabled BYOD access, sped development via the OutSystems SAP connector, and delivered measurable impact—cutting application process time from six hours to five minutes daily and reducing operating costs for George Weston Foods.
