The Atos solution now supports over 33,800 users (49 profiles), 50,000 devices and 22,600 virtual users across ~3,000 branches, handling roughly 600,000 annual requests plus 200,000 via other channels; it delivered ~25% operational efficiency gains, fewer incidents, faster service and improved customer satisfaction.
