ASML, a leading manufacturer of chip-making equipment, engaged Atos to help make ASML “a Place to Work, Meet, Learn and Share.” ASML’s challenge was to create a single global vision and operating model that aligned stakeholders across Europe, the United States and Asia, integrated into day-to-day business, increased employee engagement and transparency, and enabled consistent measurement of workplace initiatives.
Atos delivered a three‑phase approach—define, design and embed—creating a Place to Work, Meet, Learn and Share operating model with clear building blocks, governance, role owners and a project roadmap, and integrating measurement into ASML’s employee survey. As a result, Atos implemented the model across all sites worldwide, established global governance and a project roadmap, improved transparency and stakeholder alignment, enabled executive control and investment justification, and transferred ongoing program management to ASML’s HR organization.
