A Atos Case Study

Preview of the Paris 2024 Case Study

How Atos, through its dedicated cyber business unit Eviden, supported the largest sports event of 2024

Paris 2024, the organizing committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, needed to secure one of the world’s most visible and high-stakes sporting events against a fast-evolving cyber threat landscape. Atos, through its cybersecurity business unit Eviden, supported the event with a combination of cybersecurity planning, threat intelligence, detection and response, and 24/7 security operations.

Atos implemented a layered security program that included bug bounty testing, red teaming, vulnerability management, a threat intelligence platform, AI-driven MDR via AIsaac, and CSOC/DFIR operations. The results were significant: 55 billion cybersecurity events analyzed, more than 1,000 security tickets handled, 300+ automated response workflows, 25 partner organizations connected for real-time intelligence sharing, 400+ fake ticketing websites identified, and zero incidents impacting the Paris 2024 Games.
