Kinectrics, a Toronto-based provider of integrated life cycle management services for the electric power industry, needed a better CRM and sales platform after limited staff adoption of Microsoft Dynamics. Atos was brought in to help modernize their sales and marketing processes with Salesforce.
Atos implemented Salesforce Sales Cloud in phases, adding Pardot for marketing automation and Einstein Analytics for forecasting and reporting. The result was improved lead generation, stronger opportunity management, better forecasting, and less reliance on manual processes, with Kinectrics reporting significantly higher user adoption and an overall excellent implementation experience.
