Spadel brings Devin into its new SAP S/4HANA environment Flowing naturally to business efficiency

Spadel, the European family-owned mineral water group, needed to modernize its Bulgarian subsidiary Devin, which was still running Microsoft Dynamics NAV alongside multiple other systems. To improve efficiency, simplify processes, and align Devin with the rest of the group, Spadel turned to Atos to support a migration to SAP S/4HANA using Fiori.

Atos led an SAP S/4HANA implementation covering core processes such as finance, procurement, production, quality management, warehouse management, and plant maintenance, with integration to MES, automated warehousing, customer management tools, and an external data warehouse. The result was full integration of Devin into Spadel’s group processes, streamlined internal controls and reporting, greater flexibility and scalability, and reduced application management services (AMS) spend.
