innogy, an European energy company and part of MVM Group, needed a more agile and scalable HR environment to support hybrid work and evolving talent management demands. Working with Atos, the company moved from on-premises SAP ERP 6.0 to cloud-based SAP S/4HANA through RISE with SAP.

Atos designed a tailored migration roadmap, used a sandbox to identify and move only relevant assets, and completed production setup, UAT, and change management with minimal disruption. The project went live after a single weekend downtime, finished more than two months ahead of schedule, and delivered about 30% lower implementation costs and around 40% faster implementation than traditional methods, resulting in a future-ready HR platform.
