Achmea, one of the largest financial services providers in the Netherlands, needed a better way to monitor a rapidly growing and increasingly complex IT environment. Its custom observability tools struggled to keep pace with high data volumes, multiple customer-facing channels, and the need to keep CRM, policy, and other systems working smoothly for 12,000,000 customers and 16,000 employees. Atos helped address this challenge using Elastic Observability.

Atos recommended an Elastic Cloud Enterprise SaaS implementation featuring the Elastic Search Platform, Logstash, and Kibana. With Elastic, Achmea can search and analyze system messages faster, track metadata such as integration and server details, and detect anomalies to reduce MTTR and improve performance. The result is stronger observability, quicker issue resolution, and proactive fixing of system performance issues across Achmea’s applications and integrations.
