The Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge (BAMF) faced the challenge of digitalizing its critical migration and asylum application processes to improve efficiency. Atos implemented a comprehensive solution, forming a dedicated team to perform thorough regression and acceptance testing for the MARiS platform. This allowed BAMF's internal teams to focus on core functions. The results were significant, with Atos automating approximately 250 activities and strengthening overall system reliability, leading to a major increase in operational efficiency for the client.
