One.ERP: a standardized SAP S/4HANA system for enhanced healthcare

The Vienna Healthcare Association (WiGeV), Austria’s largest healthcare provider, faced the challenge of consolidating complex IT landscapes across multiple public healthcare organizations and clinics. It partnered with Atos to launch the One.ERP initiative, a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation designed to unify legacy SAP ERP systems and standardize core healthcare processes.

Atos implemented the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution, including SAP Fiori mobile capabilities and specialized modules for pharmacy and catering management, while also managing the full project lifecycle through hypercare. The result was a harmonized, future-ready platform that improved process efficiency, transparency, controls, and user experience, supported by the integration of more than 100 external application interfaces and over 23 departments across 13 sub-projects.
