Cultural Intelligence Center - Customer Case Study

The Cultural Intelligence Center (CQC) helps organizations build culturally intelligent teams through assessments and customized training, but its original online assessment tool was difficult to use, limited in payment options, and hard to customize for different clients. CQC partnered with Atomic Object to replace the legacy system and improve its digital experience.

Atomic Object built the QWeb platform using Ruby on Rails for the customer-facing application and Active Admin for internal workflows, and integrated Bridge Learning for on-demand e-learning. The new platform streamlined operations, reduced administrative overhead, expanded CQC’s product offering and customer base, brought in more than 10,000 new users in the first four months, and was already generating an annualized revenue rate of about $1 million.
