The customer, TASER International (also referred to as AXON), approached the vendor ATOM with the challenge of creating the first wearable on-demand audio/video recording system and video transfer manager for law enforcement to establish accountability and resolve grievances.

ATOM developed consumer profiles and a series of contemporary designs, resulting in the successful AXON product line and the Evidence.com transfer manager. The solution led to a highly successful product for the customer, with studies showing a 59% drop in use of force and an 88% drop in complaints after implementation, and it opened the door for ATOM to work on additional high-impact projects.
