Quarterly OKRs are broken into stories in a Jira backlog, timeframes are tracked in Smartsheets Gantt views, and weekly check-ins serve as sprint planning; the release hub generates notes and visibility into live features. As a result, the team steadily embraced agile practices, gained clearer project visibility via Jira boards, and reclaimed hours otherwise spent in status meetings thanks to notifications and streamlined workflows.
