Case Study: Indra achieves unified processes and company-wide visibility with Atlassian (Jira & Confluence)

A Atlassian Case Study

Preview of the Indra Case Study

Spanish conglomerate unifies procedures and improves visibility with Atlassian

Indra is Spain’s leading multinational consulting and technology firm, with roughly 39,000 employees and about $3 billion in revenue, serving industries from government to telecommunications. With manufacturing sites and teams distributed worldwide, the company needed a common framework to unify procedures and improve vertical visibility across projects and operations.

In 2011 Atlassian partner Deiser helped Indra centralize project management and issue tracking in Jira and adopt Confluence for reporting and knowledge sharing. Jira is used company‑wide by development and non‑technical teams, while Confluence embeds aggregated Jira reports for executive visibility and hosts “Compartiendo Conocimiento,” 50+ communities for training and collaboration — resulting in clearer management insight, better cross‑team coordination, and a stronger sense of unity across the organization.
