HomeAway adopted Confluence in 2008 and then, with Praecipio Consulting, migrated from Rally to Jira (plus Jira Service Desk, Portfolio for Jira and Tempo), achieving 93% Jira and 90% Confluence adoption. The Atlassian suite now supports development, customer service, network operations, PMO, HR, sales and finance—helping log incidents, coordinate work, deliver training and track capitalization—while cutting more than $250,000 a year in licensing costs and making collaboration and operations more reliable and efficient across the company.
