Illumina implemented Jira Software Data Center and Confluence Data Center to create a single source of truth for marketing requirements, project tracking, approvals, and design history. The Atlassian tools automated stakeholder updates, shortened documentation and approval cycles, enabled non‑engineering teams (including marketing) to track work in Jira, and now support nearly 2,000 users—shaving days off development timelines and reducing time and cost to deliver their products.
