Technical director Rodney Sawyer expanded YP’s use of Jira—already in place for software development—by building customizable workflows (including a 35-step HR onboarding) and rolling them out to marketing, finance, operations, and HR across 100+ offices. The result was a centralized system with full visibility, audit trails, faster task completion, and extensive customization via plugins, prompting teams to request additional workflows and fields.
