Amadeus, a leading provider of technology for the global travel industry, supports thousands of travel partners and employs over 5,000 developers across 16 R&D centers. After standardizing on Atlassian and migrating from SVN to Git, the company faced a critical need for uninterrupted, low-latency access to development tools so teams could collaborate and release software around the clock without performance or downtime risks.

To meet that need Amadeus deployed the Atlassian stack on Data Center — Bitbucket Data Center, Confluence Data Center, Jira Software and Hipchat Server — chosen for high availability, scale and manageability. The rollout enabled more than 1,000 pull requests per day for faster, higher-quality releases, while Confluence supports 100 active users per hour and roughly 500 new pages daily, keeping global teams connected and productive.
