The company relied on complex ERP and warehouse systems to meet tight delivery windows but lacked a modern issue tracker or service desk to quickly resolve bugs and manage changes to those business‑critical systems.
Working with Atlassian partner Riada, Dahl implemented Jira Service Desk, Jira Software, Jira Core and Confluence so any employee can log requests, incidents are tracked from ticket to development, and knowledge articles provide self‑service. Moving to agile with Jira Software cut ERP development time from 90 to 20 days (a 77% acceleration), improved customer response times and satisfaction, and gave teams better visibility and prioritization across logistics and delivery workflows.
