Case Study: Capgemini achieves connected global teams and faster feature delivery with Atlassian (Jira Software & Confluence)

A Atlassian Case Study

Preview of the Capgemini Case Study

Capgemini connected a global product team with Jira Software and Confluence

Capgemini, a global consulting and technology firm, needed better ways for its distributed Odigo™ product teams (based in France, India, Morocco, and the U.S.) to collaborate and stay visible across time zones. Their legacy project management and document systems were inflexible and didn’t support shared, transparent working, slowing response to customer needs and hindering faster product delivery.

Capgemini migrated to Jira Software and Confluence, accelerating adoption from a planned six months to just one month with eight teams onboard. Teams now plan roadmaps and prioritize requests in Jira while storing requirements and onboarding docs in Confluence, using the Atlassian toolset as the central hub. The result: tighter onshore/offshore collaboration, faster release of features, and a rapid shift to a more agile, transparent culture.
