Case Study: Indra achieves unified procedures and company-wide visibility with Atlassian Confluence

A Atlassian Confluence Case Study

Preview of the Indra Case Study

Spanish conglomerate unifies procedures and improves visibility with Atlassian

Indra, a Madrid‑based multinational technology and consulting firm with about 39,000 employees and roughly €3 billion in turnover, needed a common framework to unify procedures and improve vertical visibility across global offices and manufacturing sites. The company’s fragmented project tracking made it difficult for leadership to get a clear, aggregated view of work across teams and locations.

Working with Atlassian partner Deiser, Indra centralized project management and issue tracking in Jira and adopted Confluence for top‑down transparency. Jira standardized workflows across development and nontechnical teams, while Confluence hosts aggregated Jira reports and a knowledge‑sharing hub called Compartiendo Conocimiento (50+ communities) for training and documentation—resulting in better visibility for management, more consistent processes, and stronger cross‑company collaboration.
