With help from Atlassian Platinum Expert Valiantys, the Telegraph implemented Jira Service Desk, Jira Software and Confluence; Confluence became a linked knowledge base and project repository with templates and blueprints. Adoption grew from 0 to 300 users (2014–2016), enabling faster onboarding, improved transparency and productivity, and quicker internal IT service resolution.
