Case Study: Worten achieves seamless omnichannel retail collaboration with Atlassian Confluence

A Atlassian Confluence Case Study

Preview of the Worten Case Study

How Jira and Confluence changed online and in-person retail at Worten

Worten, the omnichannel retailer, needed to better connect its online store, app, and physical locations to deliver a true digital-first shopping experience with a human touch. Before the change, customers couldn’t easily return online purchases in store or see real-time stock, and internal teams were slowed by disconnected tools like OneNote and Excel. The company used Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, to support this transformation.

Atlassian Confluence, alongside Jira, gave Worten 140 teams a shared workspace to collaborate, share knowledge, and coordinate cross-functional work more efficiently. The new setup improved communication with shared workflows and clearer dependencies, helping Worten launch capabilities such as in-store returns, real-time stock checks, 15-minute click-and-collect, and 2-hour home delivery.
